Ultrasound evaluation has a very significant place in the gynecological examination.  The hypogastria organs, especially the uterus, ovaries are examined in detail with the gynecological ultrasound. The structure, position, size of the uterus, the tumors, myomas arising from the uterus can be identified with ultrasound and also the endometrium is examined and the necessary information is noted. Both of the ovaries are identified with the ultrasound in the same way.

The structure of ovaries, egg developing capacities, ovarian cysts and tumors are detected with ultrasound.
