• Born in 1956 in Cal, Denizli,
• Graduated from Ataturk High School in 1974,
• Graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1980.
• Completed his military service and compulsory service between 1980 and 1983.
• Started working at SSK Ege Maternity and Gynecology Training Hospital in 1983.
• Completed his specialization at SSK Ege Maternity Hospital in 1990.
• Worked as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist in the Oncology Department of SSK Ege Maternity Hospital between 1993 and 2003. He resigned from his position in 2003.
• Served as Chairman of the Board at Private Irenbe Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch Center, IVF Center between 2000 and 2004.

Op. Dr. Refik Keles, one of the founders of Irenbe, has been working at IRENBE since 1992 as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist in the departments of Infertility, Obstetrics, Perinatology, and Oncology.

Op. Dr. Refik Keles also serves as Chairman of the Board. He is married and the father of 2 daughters.
