• He was born in 1969 in the Savsat district of Artvin.
• He graduated from Espiye High School in 1985.
• He graduated from GATA Faculty of Medicine in 1991.
• Between 1992 and 1995, he completed his unit service in Agri.
• Between 1996 and 2000, he completed his specialization at GATA Department of Urology.
• Between 2000 and 2002, he worked at Girne Military Hospital.
• Between 2002 and 2008, he worked at Edremit Military Hospital.
• Between 2008 and 2012, he worked at Diyarbakir Military Hospital and part-time at Diyarbakir Eurofertil IVF Center.
• Between 2012 and 2013, he worked at Izmir Military Hospital.
• Between 2013 and 2014, he worked at Private Egepol Hospital.
• Between 2014 and 2015, he worked at Private Bornova Medical Center.

He serves as a Urology Specialist at Irenbe Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch Center, IVF Center.
